These terms govern your use of Yumeetly, operated by Innotechwise Pvt Ltd (India) with Futuryntix UK Ltd. By using Yumeetly you agree to them.

Your account

You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or abusive use; no spam or sending content you're not authorised to send.
• No attempts to break security, scrape at scale, or disrupt the service.

Plans & payments

Paid plans (Pro, Team, Business, Enterprise) are billed as shown on our pricing page. Team and Business are flat-rate for the stated number of users. For paid events and bookings, payments are processed by Razorpay (India) or Stripe (elsewhere); as an organiser you set your prices and are responsible for delivering what you sell.

Cancellations & refunds

• Meetings: invitees can reschedule or cancel free of charge using the links in their confirmation email.
• Paid events/tickets: refunds are handled by the event organiser according to the policy stated on the event. Where we facilitate a refund, it returns through the original payment method via the processor.
• Subscriptions: you can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period. We don't provide pro-rated refunds for partial periods unless required by law.

AI-generated briefs, follow-ups and suggestions are aids, not professional advice, and may be imperfect — please review before relying on or sending them.

Service availability & disclaimers

We work hard on reliability but the service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We may update or discontinue features.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India (for Innotechwise Pvt Ltd); for users contracting with Futuryntix UK Ltd, the laws of England and Wales apply. Courts of the relevant jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction.
