Questions
How is this different from Calendly?
Yumeetly is a scheduling product, a digital business card, a sales surface, an event platform, and a meeting-intelligence engine in one. AI that prepares you for and follows up after every meeting is built in; payments and reminders are regional by default; and a paid AI Identity add-on lets every person, company, product or event have its own public AI representative — none of which Calendly does.
Do you support Outlook?
Yes — Outlook / Microsoft 365 and Google calendars both, two-way.
Can I accept payments?
Yes. We route to the right processor by region — UPI/cards via Razorpay in India, cards/SEPA/ACH via Stripe elsewhere.
What's the AI Identity add-on?
A paid layer on top of Pro that gives every person, company, product, event and department a public AI representative — a 'Talk to {Name}AI' chat surface grounded in knowledge you upload. Includes RAG-grounded conversations, AI lead capture, and a WhatsApp inbound AI agent.
What happened to the Team plan?
It was removed in our 2026-06 simplification. The one Team feature that was actually shipped — API access — is now in Pro. Existing 'team' or 'business' subscribers automatically continue with Pro access.
Is my data safe?
Data is encrypted, tenant-isolated with Postgres row-level security, GDPR-aware and India DPDP-aware. We do not train AI models on your data.
