Yumeetly is operated by Innotechwise Pvt Ltd (India) and its sister entity Futuryntix UK Ltd (collectively, “we”, “us”). This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.

Information we collect

• Account data: your name, email, and (for email sign-in) a securely hashed password.
• Calendar access: when you connect Google or Microsoft, we read free/busy and create events. OAuth refresh tokens are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM).
• Booking & event data: meeting types, bookings, attendee names/emails, intake answers, and tickets.
• Payments: processed by Razorpay (India) or Stripe (worldwide). We do not store your full card details; we keep payment references and status.
• Support & usage: support chat messages, product analytics, and error diagnostics.

How we use it

• To provide scheduling, events, payments, reminders and confirmations.
• To generate AI features you trigger — pre-call briefs and follow-up drafts.
• To secure the service, prevent abuse, and improve the product.

AI processing

AI features send the relevant context (e.g. a booking's details) to our AI provider (OpenAI) to generate text. We do not train AI models on your data, and our AI provider does not use API data to train its models under its API terms.

Service providers (sub-processors)

We share data only as needed with: Google & Microsoft (calendar/auth), OpenAI (AI generation), Razorpay & Stripe (payments), Zoho ZeptoMail (email), PostHog (analytics), Sentry (error monitoring), and AWS (hosting, Mumbai region).

Cookies

We use a strictly-necessary session cookie to keep you signed in, and privacy-respecting product analytics. We don't sell your data or use third-party advertising trackers.

Your rights

Consistent with the EU/UK GDPR and India's DPDP Act, you can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data. Email hello@yumeetly.com and we'll respond within applicable timelines.

Retention & security

We keep data while your account is active and as needed for legal/financial obligations, then delete or anonymise it. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and tenant-isolated using database row-level security.

International transfers & children

We operate globally and may process data in regions including India and the EU/UK using appropriate safeguards. Yumeetly is not intended for children under 16.
